On instructions by higher ups through SMS WhatsApp etc

Many delegates in the AIEC at Mumbai on 10.12.17 regretted that higher officials were taking their personal mobile numbers and issuing instructions through SMS or in WhatsApp groups. Delegates felt that since no benefits under the 1per cent incentive scheme like personal lap tops, mobile phones, mobile or phone charges, etc are passed on to our cadres, we should not allow such practices of utilisation of our personal numbers for official purposes. In my Commissionerate also there exists a WhatsApp group for all officers. According to the expression of the delegates, I have left that group yesterday.

    In income tax mobile bills are paid by ddlt.
    In cbeconly for senior levels, it is followed.
    Let.us hope this move should be supported by all cadres,to make cbec chiefs to open their eyed..

Dear Comrades and Friends,   WE WHOLE HEARTEDLY CONGRATULATE SHRI. S.
