Hello Comrades
On behalf of the AIB of the AIACEGEO, elected in the Convention held as per the Notice issued by the President Com. R. Chandramouli, at Chennai on 27th and 28th of May 2017, I greet all the Superintendents of Central Excise, working all over India. We assure that the issues pertaining to our cadre would be represented in a truthful manner. The Organisation will be run democratically. We will have good relations with all other sister organisations in the CBEC(to be renamed as CBITC) and other CG Employee Associations. Our former Office bearers have done good work to the best of their ability. Let us not waste time on discussing regarding what could have been done in the past. Let us concentrate on the present. For that task, the following Comrades have been mandated by the Convention: President - Sanjay Srinivasan Secretary General - R. Manimohan Asst Secy General - Shishir Agnihotri Vice President...
So what r we waiting for ? For the mountain to collapse on the officers? Neither the Board nor Ministry is bothered about the issues faced by the cadre. The association is divided into two. The board keeps on asking for reports which is tripled by the time it reaches the range as our other Senior officers keeps on adding to it. Why can't we also protest like income tax department and atleast stop sending reports instead of just giving representations which the board and higher officials may not be even reading?
ReplyDeleteWell said. No action whatsoever will be taken by the powers that be, until it pinches them. We have to show our disgust and anger in such a way that it hampers work. But for this, unity is the key.

ReplyDeleteYes.
ReplyDeleteIt is not Difficult to hamper work to cause pinch. This can be done by putting on simple (one word) badge on sleeve [by every Inspr Cx Born] for a WEEK (& changing 'word/s on Badge' every week), can keep our issues in the eyes of Senior officer/s.
The Zonal CC's shall be given with a copy of letter issued by JAC of 3 AIBs [AICEIA + AIACEGEO + IRS-IDT-OA] mentioning 1st stage protest by putting on 'word' Badges. These 'word/s' can be Abbravations too & the letter of JAC shall be explaining the reasons/causes thereon.
Eg: "NO" Badge [ No - to Discrimination, No - to Junior becoming Senior, No - to Autocratic behaviour of Senior Bureaucracy, No - to unwarranted/mutilated Reports, No - to poor infrastructure, No - to wrong RRs etc....]
Eg: "YES" Badge [ Yes - I am discriminated in HR Policy, Yes - I have awakened, Yes - I will not tolerate, Yes - I will raise voice, Yes - I am DR Inspector, Yes - I am the most discriminately stagnated in CBIC etc....]
Eg: "SURE" Badge [ Sure - I will fight with my might, Yes - I can see eye to eye, Yes - I have tolerated enough, Yes - I belong to cadre which has helped you to Rise on my shoulder, Yes - You can not show eye to me etc....]
Eg: "IDP", "IDPJC", "IDPEE" Badge/s [ for - I Deserve Promotions, I Deserve Promotions as JC, I Deserve Promotion Equal to Examiners etc....]
Eg: "IWECRR", "IWRC01-02", "IWDIP" Badge/s [For - I Want Effective Change in RRs, I Want Ratio Change From 2001-02, I Want Demolition of Inverted Pyramid etc.....]
We as Associations can (& should) coin such 'word/s' for "Badge/s", and the JAC should write suitable letter to Chairman + RS + FM, with Copy to all Zonal CCs(& Pr CCs); followed by wearing of Badges by every member-officer in field formations.
Thanks.............SK PATIL, Organising Secretary ITS-IDT-OA
